The demand for human resources in the tourism and accommodation industry has significantly increased after the epidemic; however, the shortage of human resources has always existed.  Government-related units such as the Ministry of Labor have provided subsidies for the "Post Epidemic Improvement of Shortage and Cross Major Employment Plan", and the Ministry of Transportation and Communications has also provided subsidies for the "newly hired housing and cleaning personnel" of the accommodation industry, in order to assist them in effectively improving the operating environment.

Based on the purpose of service, Golden Brother International has invited Mr. Xue Jianzhong, former head of the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, and Mr. Zhu Jianping, former HR Director of LDC Hotels & Resorts, to hold business management lectures on "Resolving Shortage in the Tourism and Accommodation Industry" and "How to Use Grassroots Manpower to Meet Five Star Service", respectively, in order to jointly assist in solving the bottlenecks faced by the tourism and accommodation industry. 

The aforementioned lecture is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 11th from 13:50 to 17:00 in the Happiness Room of the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel.
