The Ministry of Labor announces that employers apply to hire foreigners to engage in work specified in Article 46, Paragraph 1, Paragraphs 8 to 11 of the Employment Service Act, and employers or foreigners apply to engage in employment services in accordance with Article 46, Paragraph 1, Paragraphs 8 to 11 of the Employment Service Act. Paragraph 11 stipulates the documents required for foreigners who are working to change employers or jobs.
