In the morning of Feb., 24, the Taoyuan City Human Resource Manager Association conducted its annual meeting and topic lecturing in Golden Brother’s Chungli office.  Also, Lin, Wen-Jeng, professor of Graduate Institute of Human Resource Management in National Central University, was invited to lecture on the topic of “Modern Philosophy and Human resource Management”. 

Prof. Lin focused on three key identities: Truth, Goodness and Beauty to combine with the HR issues and Lin referred “truth” as “science”, “goodness” as “philosophy”, “beauty” as “art of management” and encouraged HR staff need to fully understand the meaning of these words in order to expand HR’s horizon successfully.  There were around 40 distinguished guests came from companies such as: ASE, Lioho Machine, Namchow, Standard Foods, Sha Yang Ye, CHPT, Compal, Formosa Laboratories, Taisun Enterprise, CESAN, Elite Group… etc.  After the Q&A, Prof. Lin ended his lecture at 12:10pm around.
