Performance Review System Introductory in 2019

To ensure all staff understand the new rule of company’s performance review system, HR department conducted a few sessions of training to explain the details of performance indexes in Feb., 2019.  Along with the performance indexes, HR also designed a few activities which requested staff to join in order to properly explain the contents of Employee Guidebook and the Corporate Culture.

 

This year, the evaluation of implementation of Corporate Culture was also imbedded in the performance indexes and thus hoped all staff could fully understand the company’s vision and corporate culture.  With the participation of the staff, the training sessions will be completed by the end of Feb, 2019.  President Golden Li specifically requested all staff need to understand the meaning of Golden Brother's corporate culture and conducted self-review and self-implementation processes in order to realize company's strategic goal as top one forign workers life-care industry player in 2019.
