Golden Brother conducts the Labor & Management meeting and EHS meeting on fixed period to get the feedbacks from our staff.  The 1st Labor & Management meeting was held on Jan. 30, 2019 which focused on the incensement of basic wages and the disclosure of salary while recruiting new staff.  The representative of the employer listened to the feedbacks and also responded right on spot for those issues raised in the meeting.  Representative of the employee suggested that the meeting can be conducted by using video conference particularly for those who stationed in southern part of Taiwan and such voice was heard.  Also, representative also mentioned that the staff may need to strictly follow the year-end party rules in order to accommodate all guests planned in advance.

The EHS meeting was held right after the Labor & Management Meeting which decided to review the agreed 10 checklists in next EHS meeting that may hold in Feb. 2019.  The purpose is to ensure the checklist can have practical usage for the first line dormitory coordinators.  As for the EHS performance indexes, the company representative required the responsible staff to report out the details in the Feb. meeting.  Due to the using of video-conferencing has earned its credibility in EHS meeting, the next Labor & Management meeting will also follow the same pattern.
