To further promote the business philosophy of Integrity and Inclusion of Golden Brother International Co., Ltd. and to ensure the corporate culture can be imbedded into the mind of our staff.  Golden Brother issued the Code of Conduct (CoC) and Employee Guidebook last month in Nov., 2018 so as to serve as the principle and discipline of our company.  

As our staff located in different regions in Taiwan, company decided to conduct the CoC and Guidebook training by method of video conference.  Also, it is obliged to sign back the Responsibility Sheet, at back of each pamphlet, to ensure all staff have fully understanding of the contents and have the willingness to comply with the principles and disciplines.  Today, Dec. 24th, the training has been conducted at Chungli office aimed at Administration staff and those staff located at other regions who have not received the training will be trained by video conferencing later on.
