To ensure our staff have better understanding of the internal procedures and have clear guideline to follow, after consolidating all related rules and consulting the laws/regulations and international standards such as SA800 and RBA, Golden Brother issued the latest Employee Guidebook and Code of Conduct in Nov. 2018.  The main purpose is to ease the internal communication and to minimize the possible misunderstanding as much as we can.  Also, these two booklets also serve as an unified tool for staff to follow and the latest domestic laws/regulations and the international standards.

To sure the accessibility of above booklets, they will be stored in the intranets and to further insure our staff have full willingness to comply with the contents in those booklets, staff are required to sign back the Responsibility Statement after reading them so as to create a more excellent and internationalized Golden Brother.
