The 4th quarter EHS meeting was conducted on Nov. 2 (Friday) this month at Chungli office by using the video conference facilities and all EHS members were involved in it.

For all elevators currently in usage, they are all posted with the contact phone numbers with four different languages for the resided immigrant workers.  The EHS chairman demanded all members need to ensure the emergency call button in the elevators are all in good shape so as to function properly while the elevators became malfunctioned.   The meeting examined the check lists which need to be marked by all the Hall supervisors located in different regions and to face the drawbacks honestly with corrective actions. In addition, the chairman mentioned that the Hall supervisors and the EHS members need to follow the instructions given by President Li and Vice Chairman Heish to keep close contact with the immigrant workers and inform them to keep their personal sanitary habit in an acceptable way and to prevent from fire alarms and hence to make the Hall become a clear and safe living place.
