Golden Brother International Co., Ltd. held the Occupational Safety and Health Monthly Meeting for November 2025 at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 20. During the meeting, the company briefed committee members from each department on the overall progress of occupational safety and health initiatives, key promotional items, and the results of various inspections. This month’s highlight focused particularly on drunk driving cases, along with an explanation of the corresponding penalties.

The meeting also included a review of the execution status of the 2025 performance indicators for the fourth quarter. In response to the upcoming ISO 9001 revision and the RBA VAP audit scheduled for January next year, Chairman Wangen Lee provided explanations on the following topics:

1.  Review of 2025 Performance Indicators and Establishment of 2026 Indicators
The execution of the performance indicators set for 2026 remained within the target range, except for an increase in water consumption due to increased operational demand in certain areas. The proposed occupational safety and health performance indicators for 2026 have been submitted for review in the ISO 9001 management review meeting and will be detailed in next month’s meeting. However, due to requirements from ISO and RBA audits, next year’s indicators will undergo adjustments accordingly.

2. ISO and RBA Audit Dates
The ISO 9001 audit has been scheduled for December 17–19 of this year. The RBA VAP audit will take place from January 13–14 next year. All relevant personnel are requested to keep these dates available for audit participation.

3. Workplace Injury Incidents
Employees who encounter occupational accidents at the workplace must complete the relevant “Incident Investigation” documentation to facilitate root-cause analysis and preventive measures. In accordance with occupational safety regulations, all incidents must be recorded in the “Occupational Accident Details and Statistics Form.”

Starting November 1, the government requires that commuting-related traffic accidents also be included in occupational accident statistics. Therefore, employees who experience such incidents must fill out the required forms accordingly.

4. Ergonomics Survey
The ongoing “Ergonomics” survey has been extended due to a low response rate. Employees who have not yet completed the questionnaire are requested to do so as soon as possible. The survey results will be presented in next month’s meeting.

5. Solar Panel Installation Project
The planned solar panel installation project for this year has been delayed due to tariff-related issues. As Taiwan’s tariff situation remains unclear—and considering the requirements of ISO, RBA, and CSDDD regarding “energy conservation and carbon reduction”—the project will be reassessed during the mid-year review. A proposal will then be submitted to management to determine whether installation should proceed at an appropriate time next year.

6. Employee Suggestions
The company encourages all employees to provide suggestions regarding any occupational safety or health concerns observed in the workplace. Committee members are asked to remind colleagues in their respective departments to submit suggestions at any time.

Chairman Lee expressed appreciation for everyone’s continued support of occupational safety and health initiatives despite the heavy workload at the end of the year. He encouraged everyone to keep contributing so that the company may continue to advance its safety and health performance.
