The 2025 Personal Data Protection Audit for labor recruitment agencies has been completed at end of Oct. for Golden Brother International Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies, including Golden Li Human Resources Consultant Co., Ltd., Golden Brother International Co., Ltd. Kaohsiung Branch, and Summit Manpower Co., Ltd..
The audit began on August 26th with Golden Brother Kaohsiung Branch, followed by audits on September 3rd, September 17th, and concluded with Summit Manpower Co., Ltd. at Hsinchu on October 30th. The process spanned over two months. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Labor, Kaohsiung City Government, Taipei City Government, and Hsinchu City Government for their supervision and guidance, as well as to the Institute for Information Industry for their professional advice. We also extend our thanks to colleagues from all branches for their cooperation and support.
In response to the guidance and suggestions provided by government agencies, our company and its affiliates will allocate internal and external resources accordingly to improve and strengthen our personal data collection, processing, and utilization practices. This is to prevent the infringement of personal rights due to negligence and to enhance employees' awareness of personal data management and confidentiality obligations, ensuring a more appropriate and secure use of personal data.
Every year, Golden Brother International conducts company-wide training on the Personal Data Protection Act through formal courses. For branch employees, remote video training is also provided to enhance learning accessibility. Additionally, we have established a dedicated hotline for personal data protection and breach handling.
