Golden Brother International Co., Ltd. holds quarterly meetings regularly, with the aim of creating diverse learning platforms through knowledge sharing and important policy announcements. These meetings also serve as opportunities to study government regulations and client requirements together with colleagues, thereby enhancing employees’ willingness to learn, broadening their perspectives, and continuously strengthening the company’s competitiveness.
In light of the growing popularity of AI applications across industries, Golden Brother announced at last year’s annual year-end party its commitment to the adoption of AI software applications. Accordingly, during the first and second quarter meetings, colleagues from each department were invited to sequentially present their applications. The 2025 Q3 meeting was held on Saturday, September 20, and specifically invited customer service colleagues to share their experiences in applying AI to resolve the challenges they faced. Following this, Manager Hsieh Su-Wen gave key guidance on ISO operations and the evaluation process of intermediary companies. Afterwards, the dormitory management unit presented a real-life personal case titled “Uncovering Fraud Traps” to remind everyone about self-protection, as well as shared experiences from the Class B Employment Service Agent exam. Subsequently, colleagues who had joined Golden Brother in the past three months introduced themselves one by one, allowing everyone to become more familiar with each other and their respective responsibilities.
To ensure colleagues had a clear understanding of the serious consequences of “illegal service charges” and “illegal employment” of migrant workers, Vice President Lee Wan-Chin explained the requirements of Articles 40 (Paragraph 1) and 57 of the Employment Service Act, which apply to both “employment service agencies and their personnel” as well as “employers.” He also shared penalties and recent court cases. In particular, he emphasized the seriousness of violations by referring to the Ministry of Labor’s “Discretionary Standards for Suspension and Revocation of Private Employment Service Agencies and Employment Service Specialists in Violation of the Employment Service Act.”
In the afternoon, Mr. Ji-Chin Liu, who has served as a management consultant for many years, shared four AI tools—“ChatGPT,” “NotebookLM,” “Felo,” and “Gemini”—and their practical applications in the workplace. In particular, his explanation of how to build and utilize the “robot” function in Gemini, along with the sharing of various existing robots, will be of considerable help to colleagues in solving everyday work-related problems. Lecturer Liu also generously shared with colleagues the unpublished manuscript of his book "AI Intelligent Work Techniques". We would like to express our special thanks for this.
In his closing remarks, President Golden Li not only expressed his gratitude to colleagues for their contributions but also highlighted the fraud case shared earlier. He reminded everyone, using the National Police Agency’s anti-fraud motto—“Identify, Set up, Verify, Report”—to remain vigilant. By seeking gain without greed and staying calm in the face of challenges, employees can better safeguard their own rights and interests. At the same time, he urged colleagues to pay close attention to changes in the business environment and to remain mindful of clients’ overall conditions, so as to seize opportunities and grow together with them.
