Golden Brother International Co., Ltd. held its second labor-management meeting of 2025 on Friday, June 27th, at 9:00 AM. During the meeting, the company reported to the labor representatives on its operational status and the achievement of the Q2 2025 “Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Performance Indicators.”
The meeting began with an update on labor-related matters, followed by a report on the operational status of the company and its affiliates. The latest adjustments to holiday schedules were also presented. To avoid redundancy, changes to holidays such as Teachers' Day, Taiwan Retrocession Day, and Constitution Day will be announced internally to staff through company notices.
Next, the company gave a brief report on the status of this year’s employee trips. Since the travel period ends in late October, employees who have not yet scheduled their trips are encouraged to do so promptly to avoid forfeiting their benefits. Regarding regulatory inspections, no changes in legislation this quarter have impacted company operations. The CSR performance indicators are being implemented as scheduled and all targets have been met. Employees may refer to the "Announcements and Notices" section on the company website for the latest regulations related to the company:

At the end of the meeting, Chairman Dr. Wangen Lee highlighted the following three points for all representatives to note and communicate to fellow employees:
1. On Business Operations:
The company's operations remained stable in the first half of 2025. However, due to the adverse impact of tariffs and exchange rate issues on clients, a more conservative approach is recommended for the second half of the year. Employees are urged to maintain strong communication with clients and diligently fulfill their responsibilities.
2. On a Healthy Workplace:
The company has received a “Healthy Workplace” certification and is promoting a “Smoke-Free Environment” across Taiwan. Employees who smoke are requested to use designated smoking areas and to clean up cigarette butts and ashes after smoking.
3. On Attendance Obligations:
Labor-management meetings are held quarterly as required. Labor representatives are elected by their peers and are expected to attend meetings, communicate information during and after the meetings, and effectively relay updates to all staff.
