Golden Brother International Co., Ltd. holds regular quarterly meetings every season, aiming to create diverse learning platforms through knowledge sharing and policy communication. These meetings also serve as opportunities for employees to study government regulations and client requirements together, thereby enhancing their willingness to learn, broadening their perspectives, and continuously strengthening the company's competitiveness.
The Q2 2025 meeting was held on Saturday, June 28. For this session, the company specially invited Ms. Robin Chen, a social media content creator and adjunct lecturer at National Taipei University of Education, to present on the topic “Mastering AI Office Tools for Office Workers.” She introduced various popular AI software and demonstrated their features through hands-on exercises, encouraging employees to use these tools to simplify routine tasks and manage their work more efficiently.
Following that, Miss. Su-Wen Hsieh, the Quality Control Manager, presented the key evaluation indicators for 2024 and highlighted important areas for attention. She pointed out common oversights in daily work and urged everyone to work together to provide high-quality services in compliance with standards, in order to maintain the company's top-tier (A-level) intermediary evaluation rating.
Next, the Document Management Department shared recent breakthroughs in using AI software. In particular, they showcased the use of ChatGPT to write VBA scripts for automating routine document tasks, significantly improving file integration and categorization. This practical application has proven effective in saving time for team members handling administrative documents. To promote continued AI usage among staff, HR representative Ms. Chang Pei-Yun introduced a selection of free online AI courses. Employees who complete a designated number of hours on the learning platform will receive incentives.
Later, Mr. Dean Li from the General Affairs Department gave a talk titled “Speak Well,” offering practical tips on improving workplace communication. Through humor and storytelling, he emphasized that effective communication stems from empathy and tactful expression. The meeting continued with testimonials from employees who had recently obtained the Class B Employment Service Technician Certification, offering valuable insights for others pursuing the same path. Introductions of new employees followed, warmly welcoming them into the Golden Brother family, where everyone has space to grow and achieve their professional goals.
In his closing remarks, General Manager Lai emphasized the importance of continued AI adoption and encouraged everyone to share and apply existing successes. He noted that the company has experienced steady growth over the past six months. Given the global uncertainties and market fluctuations, he reminded everyone that adaptability is key to survival, learning is essential for growth, and passion is necessary to stay committed. Moving forward, he called on everyone to remain diligent and cautious in their roles to achieve even greater results.
