In order to enable colleagues to focus more on the issue itself during internal communication, and to effectively present and analyze issues then provide the proper solutions, Golden Brother International invited Ms. Claire Xie, a well-known consultant in the industry, to conduct a training course on "problem-solving skills" during the quarterly meeting at  Zhongli headquarter on Saturday, March 26, 2023.

During the course, a large number of interactive models are used, and the practical issues faced in daily assignments are also used as the main axis of the exercise.  At the same time, six steps of problem clarification and countermeasure formulation are provided as the basis for colleagues to solve problems.  Through problem analysis and information collection, and after re-reviewing the problem itself, effective communication models and countermeasures can be adopted for the root causes of the problem.

More than 60 colleagues participated in this course, and Mr. Golden Li, the President of Golden Brother, also participated throughout the course.  Li encouraged our colleagues to continue the learning journey so that we could be ready to face the dynamic competition in the changing business environment.  Finally, after taking a group photo of all the participants, it marked a perfect ending for this training course.
