To maintain and continuously improve the professional knowledge and service concept for our colleagues, Golden Brother International held the quarterly meeting and education training on October 29, 2022 (Saturday).

In this meeting, Miss Jiayu Chen, who has been engaged in the service industry for years, was specially invited to give a speech on "Service Thinking Beyond Expectations".  Lecturer Chen, through various cases encountered in our daily life, explained the nature of the service that needs to meet and even exceed customers' expectations so as to gain customers' trust and establish a long-term cooperative relationship.

Later, in order to enable colleagues to carry out health care in a self-organized way after being infected with COVID-19, Dr. Shiwen Du, the chairman of the Taoyuan Association of Nutritionists, was invited to give a speech on the topic: "Recuperation after the Healing of COVID-19".  In his lecture, Dr. Du generously shares the formula for replenishing “qi” (氣) to maintain health.  Besides, Dr. Du generously shared with our colleagues the efficacy of the herbal formula without any reservations.  In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, colleagues should all gain from their own maintenance.

After that, Vice President Lin and Li, explained respectively the following two subjects: "The Modification of Migration related Laws and Regulations" and " Code of Conduct of Golden Brother" which includes "RBA7.1.1", "long-term Use of Migration", and "Rules and Regulations of Golden Brother’s Code of Conduct" and so on, hoping that GB’s colleagues can follow the guidelines when engaging in customer service and daily routines.  The new colleagues who joined GB recently are also invited to share their work content and their personal interests, etc.  At last, the meeting ended at the conclusion of the President.

At the end remarks, President Golden Li is pleased to give his particular thankfulness to the relevant speakers for their good efforts, as well as the contribution made by colleagues under many challenges.  It is expected that future market development is full of new hopes and severe market changes.  In addition, President also mentioned that our year-end party has been suspended for two years. As long as it is consistent with the laws and regulations, this year's year-end party will be held, and the colleagues are given the chance to invite more family members to participate.  It is expected that colleagues need to continue moving forward and striving for the company's position in the industry and the recognition of customers and migrant workers with Golden Brothers’ own value proposition.
