Due to the accidents of riding electric bicycles, our government now imposes related riding rules as follows, we urge all friends including migrant workers take note of these rules in order not to be fined.

These rules include the following regulations:
1. Unauthorized modification will be fined NT5,400 and must revert to original specifications before the bike can hit the road again.
2. The upper speed limit is 25km/h, over the limit will be fined NT1,800.
3. Riding an electric bike without wearing a helmet will be fined NT300.
4. Electric bike is not allowed to carry any other people, the offender will be fined up to NT600.
5. Drunk driving over the regulated rules will be fined NT600~1,200.

Please abide by the rules in order not to be fined.
