According to the notice issued by the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor on June 18, it said that "employers or agencies are requested to assist in filling out the Google form and reporting to the Agency from now on when the employers' workers (local or migrant workers) with COVID positive screening or PCR results".

The following is a reminder to employers that in case of any of the above situation, please scan the QR code and fill in Google form for notification according to the requirements of the Ministry of labor so that the Ministry of labor can collect the information and submit it to the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control for further processing.
