Due to the impact of epidemic, Golden Brother’s held the annual meeting on Feb. 8 (Monday) in the form of partial attendance and partial video conference. The department heads gave their briefings for the major tasks planned for 2021 so as to earn the overall consensus and to restart again for better operating results.

In the meeting, President Golden Li emphasized that under the fierce competition caused by the changes of business environment, Golden Brother did need to transform from a traditional migrant agency company to become a “Live-Care Service Business for Migrant Workers”, and focus on the “Well-Being Living Place for Migrant Workers” in order to earn the trust of our clients and migrant workers through sincere, warm-hearted and sensible service and treatment.  In the way, Golden Brother should become a trustworthy and reliable business partner which can differ itself from other industry players.  At the same time, after the huge reorganization of the company, no matter what positions you are in now, Golden Brother expected all staff can have the sense to improve their management and working skills, and strive on learn, grow and make a difference, so as to stand firmly in the constantly changing environment.  

After the meeting, Chairman Peter Li urged all colleagues to adhere to the heart of “love” and “gratitude” in the coming year to face work, clients, migrant workers, and colleagues.  Through warm love and gratitude, Golden Brother can surely have closer relationship with the clients, more intimate relationship with the migrant workers and more cooperative results with our colleagues to work together to create a more sustainable future so that all colleagues can be taken care of a in a better way.  

At the end, President Li wished our staff can have ox spirit: “bear without fear of difficulties, strive without retreat” and hoped Golden Brother can have better results in the coming year with the support from all staff.
