As the business environment continue evolves with tremendous pressure, Golden Brother decided to conduct the “Strategy Formation Camp” on Dec. 20 & 21 (Sun. & Mon.) to gather all our energy to cope with such changes and to establish the consensus for future business targets.

Supported by the outsider consultants, various topics were brought up and then gradually refocused on a few key projects.  It is our hope that all Golden Brother’s staff can refocus on the targets and with all our efforts to achieve them so as to find a better and brighter future for the company and staff.

President Golden Li participated the whole process of this camp.  After the meeting, he encouraged everyone to focus on the critical issues but work on them from trivial things.  President Li also hoped all participants can apply the concepts and working attitude learned in these two days to the job posts.  Besides, Li urged all participants shall set oneself as the sample to lead the team to achieve the preset goal of our company: “Life-caring of migrant workers”.
