Sept. 2 (Wed.) is the traditional Chinese Ghost Festival and this day also has its special meaning to believers of Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism.  Besides, this festival carries the meanings to dedicate the best wishes to the perished souls who have not found rest place in the underworld.  The ceremony was conducted by the heads of each office and affiliated companies in a solemn and earnest way to hope our country can enjoy prosperity and our staff can live with safety and happiness.  After the ceremony, the sacrificial offerings will be given to social welfare organizations near Taoyuan at a given date to support their normal operations.
