Labor-Management Meeting and EHS Meeting in Golden Brother

On Jan. 21st (Tue.), Golden Brother and its affiliated companies conducted the labor-management meeting and the EHS meeting separately.  

 

Except the routine reporting items, the 3rd term 17th labor-management meeting also concluded that the employee, if decides to resign, needs to report to his/her duty at this/her last working day to ensure the smooth job transferring.  Besides, the meeting also concurred that the annual bonus/incentive only give to those staff who are currently on the pay list; hence, if the staff left the company earlier than bonus wore-transferring date, company is not obliged to give the annual bonus/incentive.  As for the date of company tour for this year, the HR who attended the meeting answered this question on behalf of the company.  

 

The EHS meeting went over the scheduled 10 major projects in 2020.  Among those, the “zero-tolerance for fire accident policy” and “zero-tolerance for arcotics policy” which will have huge impact on company operation were pinpointed again.  The chairman and the secretary explained the projects according to the following sequence: “subject”, “scheduling”, “item checked”, “contents checked”, and “result report” and requested the EHS members and the coordinators of each halls need to carry out their responsibility in details as duty required.

 

President Golden Li, after reviewing the EHS meeting minutes, urged all members need to follow the directions set by the EHS meeting and shall hand on in person in order to ensure the compliance with existed policies.  Also, Li said all members need to lean forward with clients to get their authorization and confidence and lean backward to get the support and understanding from the foreign workers.  With close and non-barrier communication, it is expected the scheduled EHS projects can be executed in a good way.
