MINISTRY OF LABOR Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Table of Grades of Labor Occupational Accident Insurance Salary" (amendment shall become effective from 1st, January 2025).

The current first level of the grading table for monthly insured salary is NT$27,470. Following the Ministry of Labor's announcement on September 19, 2024, setting the monthly minimum wage at NT$28,590 effective January 1, 2025, the first level of the grading table for monthly insured salary will be adjusted to NT$28,590. The second level with a monthly insured salary of NT$27,600 will be removed. The third level with a monthly insured salary of NT$28,800 will be moved up to the second level, with minor textual adjustments. The remaining amounts will remain unchanged but will be sequentially adjusted within the insured salary levels. After these revisions, the grading table will consist of 22 levels and will take effect on January 1, 2025.
