Golden Brother International Held a Labor-Management Meeting in July 2024

Golden Brother International held a labor-management meeting on July 3rd (Wednesday) and reported to labor representatives on the company's various operational conditions, as well as the achievement of corporate social responsibility performance indicators for the second quarter of 2024.

This meeting specifically explained to the participating representatives that the training of the Personal Data Protection Act will be held in the second half of the year, and it will be held through video conferencing and by visiting various districts.  It is hoped that colleagues can have a certain understanding of the relevant details of the Personal Data Protection Act so as to avoid unintentional behavior and violation of laws and regulations.

Regarding the regulatory audit section, a total of 26 regulations have been included in the audit, among which the "Implementation Measures for Maternal Health Protection of Female Workers" have been revised and related to the company.  The main reason for this revision is the significant decrease in the domestic fertility rate, as well as the need for protection during pregnancy and one year after childbirth due to female labor status.

To illustrate the impact of this amendment on the company, Chairman Li specifically stated that the aforementioned amendment was to change the number of business units that should establish a "maternal health protection plan" from the original 100 employees to "according to Article 3 of the Labor Health Protection Regulations or "Article 4" stipulates that if there is no work that "affects embryonic development, maternal and infant health during pregnancy or lactation" and the number of workers in the public institution is less than 300, there is no need to formulate a "maternal health protection plan" ”, which is to relax the number requirements for enterprises.  On the contrary, even if the company has less than 100 employees, but there are "particularly hazardous operations" and the number of people in the aforementioned hazardous operations is more than 50, it requires on-site services from a specialist in occupational medicine.

At this labor-management meeting, the chairman also conveyed the President's emphasis on the attitude that the service industry should have towards customer needs during the supervisory meeting and emphasized the areas where some colleagues need to improve speed and efficiency in responding to customer needs in recent days.  It is hoped that the labor representative can convey that relevant colleagues need to continue to work hard to strengthen.
