JST Manpower Co., Ltd was founded for the purpose of providing professional service for family care including assisting the elderly, the kids or disabled patient.  For facilitating the remembrance, the name of the company was translated directly from the first 3 Chinese characters; however, it's main idea is to provide "Jaunty Service on Time" and thus hoped to provide satisfactory service for those families in need of handmaid assistance.  Based on above concept, staff of JST will strive on with full heart and their abilities to meet all requests of for every customer so as to achieve the optimal goal as: "Provision is secured for the aged till death, employment for the able-bodied, and the mean of growing up for the young".

JST is one of the affiliated companies of Golden Brother International Co. Ltd. As a result, the enterprise logo follows the parent company's identity system by using the blue color to represent broadness & warmth, and the yellow color to stand for bright & happy.  It is our hope through the warm and kind service to the elderly and the youths, the pressure of time spent on look after can be properly reduced and hence to regain a happier and comfortable life quality.

Wide Screen Face-to-Face Video Conference Selecting Service

In order to let the employer and the foreign worker can have face to face direct communication, JST not only provides in advance biodata selecting service but also provides selecting service through wide-screen video conference.  Hence, by way of the face to face Q&A processes, the employer can select the expected foreign worker and the foreign worker can also understand the real expectations of the employer.  Besides, if the selecting falls in the re-recruiting category, JST will also invites the current foreign worker to participate the interviewing process to ensure the next worker can understand what is the job nature and the real expectations of the employer by using the mother language to communicate.  Consequently, it is well expected when the new worker reports to his/her job, the job performance can meet the employer's expectation and will not have unexpected difference so as to achieve the win-win situation for both sides through mutual trust.

The Training for Foreign Homemaid

JST manpower Co., Ltd (an affiliated company of Golden Brother International Co., Ltd.) has been providing agent service for foreign handmaid for years; hence, JST fully understands all kinds of issues faced by the foreign handmaids when they come to Taiwan.  In order to let the foreign handmaid able to provide proper service and understand his/her right in Taiwan, JST conducts the needed training which includes the most related legal codes and the overall environment conditions in Taiwan.

The contents of the training cover the key items of Employment Service Act, Animal Protection Act, overall living conduction in Taiwan, compensation packages, urgent contact information, and the food recipe.  The cookbook (with Chinese/Indonesia or Chinese/Tagalog) makes a great difference for the foreign handmaid while providing the service to the employer and earned great credits from the employer for healthier and more delicious foods.  JST will continue enhancing its service while conducting the agent service to meet the requirements and expectation of the employer and to provide in advanced quality service so as to make certain contribution to the home care industry in Taiwan. 

Internal Advanced Service Training

JST is one of the affiliated companies of Golden Brother Intl. Ltd. and focus on finding the handmaid for family needs.  JST has been in handmaid agency service for years with established reputation for its quick response and amicable serving attitude and professionalism. 

To further provide in advanced service to our clients, JST conducts, in routine manner, internal training to our staff and enhance their knowledge and skills.The purpose of the training aims at helping our staff to adopt proper actions when unexpected concerns or issues are raised from either side.  As the agent needs to look after the needs and rights of both sides; hence, it is very critical for JST to be unbiased and impartial when concerns came up.  As for the codes and regulations related to legal concerns, the training also included topics such as Employment Service Act and other associated ordinance.  By continuously promoting our professionalism and enhancing our service quality, it our hope that JST can meet the demands both from the client and foreign workers and strike a balance between these two. 

Nursing Center Regulations Briefing

JST manpower Co., Ltd, an affiliated company of Golden Brother, not only meet the homemade demand where the elderly person need to be properly taken care of but also provide services for the nursing center where elderly person resides. On June 25 (Tue.) 2019, staff of JST went to Hekang Nursing Center located in Shinshu and shared various regulations such as working rules, dormitory guidelines, shift schedule and the care demands of the residences of the elderly person at nursing center to the foreign workers.  In this way, it is our hope that the elderly can be properly taken care of by the support of JST and the rights of the foreign workers who work in the nursing center can also be equally protected.  

If the nursing centers have requests for hiring foreign nursing person, JST will definitely put all its endeavor to provide professional and sincere service so as the traditional Chinese philosophy of “children are well cherished; the elderly are in good hand and worried-free ” can be accomplished.
